Jacek Mościcki has been practicing law since 1992, including since 10 February 1995 as a solo practice under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Jacek Mościcki. The firm consists of a number of lawyers some of whom are also licensed tax advisors. Each lawyer has many years’ professional experience, in particular with respect to assistance provided to companies with foreign owners.

We skillfully combine the typically legal expertise required for providing proper assistance to businesses (commercial law, civil law, labor law) with tax-related knowledge.
